In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide to us. This information is likely to include your name, address, credit card details, personal preferences, any special needs and other information as requested by the suppliers or us.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels and other transport companies. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
Where your trip is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information onto any person who is not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. If you do not permit us to pass your information on to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we will be unable to process your booking. In placing a booking with us, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons and authorities.
We keep information about you only for so long as it is appropriate for the above purposes or as required by applicable law. If you cease trading with us then we will delete your traveler profile details immediately and likewise if you do not use our services over a 12 month period your details will automatically purge from our system.
