As well as managing individual UK based companies we also manage a number of multinational contracts out of Reading and London. These include the provision of travel management services in the US, Canada, Singapore, South Africa, Europe, Asia and Australasia. Essentially, multinational contracts need to accommodate global management information, fare sourcing, application of company policy at all global locations and grouped supplier deals.
We achieve this by co-opting the most suitable UNIGLOBE agencies in the target countries and setting up the global service via a lead agency – normally situated in the country where the customer’s need is greatest. We have developed particularly strong links in frequently requested locations such as New York, California, Eastern Canada and Europe. The lead agency coordinates the fulfilment and collates data to give the customer unrivalled visibility and control.
