We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Junior Technology Consultant

A helpful “can-do” attitude, professional phone manner and strong literacy skills are needed, with excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills essential. You should be a creative thinker who can combine outside the box thinking, drawing upon your past experience with the ability to transform those ideas into clear and complete functional solutions. You must have a strong sense of ownership of your work.


• Build, amend and update Self Booking Tools (SBT)
• Manage direct data-testing SBT’s with clients
• Test online fulfilment solutions prior to client roll out
• Act as level one support for online clients
• Investigate and implement new client technology tools
• Create and implement new client edits with quality control robotic
• Sabre script writing

Account Manager

The successful candidate will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure and to strict external deadlines.


• Ensuring policy compliance where applicable for clients
• Making recommendations and ensuring stated targets are achievable and met
• Management of the agreed SLA and KPI’s
• Communicating the needs of the client to all concerned parties
• Building and maintaining client and supplier relationships
• Ensuring the continued pro-activity of all relationships
• Implementing and overseeing Quality Monitoring and Operational Programmes
• Providing and interpreting statistical data and benchmarking accordingly
• Planning and co-ordinating review meetings, training sessions and seminars

Key attributes required are:

• Excellent written and phone manner
• Ability to interface with a wide cross section of people and quickly build professional relationships
• IT literate and analytical mind
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, and to multi task
• Ability to think outside of box and come up with innovative solutions and ideas
• Self-starter and proactive
• Confident in presenting to/meeting with clients
